• Checklist and notes about the health of your roof and the number of years before your roof reaches its expected lifespan.

• Minor repairs completed while on site, such as touching up tar/caulking (standard colours), minor miscellaneous debris cleanup and securing minor areas of loose flashing.

• Any major repairs or more extensive debris cleanup needed will be noted on the inspection form. You’ll be sent an estimate for the cost of the suggested repairs.
