Description

Junior Repair:

• General labour duties

• Assist senior installer as needed

• Carry materials as needed

• Complete tasks put forward by management and senior “repairman”

• Able to perform basic shingle repairs

• Able to assist with bending / installing flashings

• Installing tarps

• Learning how water flows and proper installation of roofing products/accessories

• Completing all work in a safe manner

• Responsible for time cards and Working at Heights training

Senior Repair:

• All duties of Junior installer

• Able to make custom flashings

• Can tackle any repair assigned

• Install Solatubes / Velux skylights – curb and deck mount

• Install roof coatings

• Can trouble-shoot leaks

• Dissect a roof as needed to locate source of leak

• Smooth neat caulking, and installation of all products

• Responsible for filling in work orders / timecards properly and on time
